Whilst this is not strictly true, it is often thanks to Heather and Fiona that operations at Leading Edge run so smoothly. We’re very proud of our female team at LEP and, though small, their impact is mighty.
Whilst manufacturing continues to be a heavily male-dominated field, we believe empowered women empower workplaces. With a diverse workforce, we are more creative and innovative, accelerating our development and what we can achieve.
