Returns & Withdrawal Policy

EU Customers — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, no reason required. To exercise this right, use the withdrawal function in your order account area or contact us at sales@leadingedgepower.com with your name and order number.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Exemptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, including custom-configured turbine systems and bespoke off-grid installations.

UK Customers
You have the same 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Business Customers (B2B)
Consumer withdrawal rights do not apply to business purchases. Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis — please contact sales@leadingedgepower.com.

Faulty Goods
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us at sales@leadingedgepower.com with photos and a description.
